I've also noticed that under the Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers section, there is a caution sign next to "Bluetooth Hands-free Audio". It has the following message under the general tab: "This device cannot start. (Code 10) Access Denied A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted those access rights."
2/ If problem remains, right click on the volume icon in the notification area and click on "Playback Device". Select the "Realtek HD" then click on the "Set default" button. 3/ If "Realtek HD" is not shown, unintall the "Realtek HD Universal Driver" / "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver". Reboot.
I updated my PRO B660M-A DDR4 bios from 7D43v1E to 7D43v1F through MSI control center, after that Realtek Audio is not detecting/showing in Windows 11 and Windows 10 dual boot OS. The Audio is enabled in Bios.-----Module Information-----MS-7D43 1.F0 Intel Chipset Drivers 10.1.19376.8374
Audio hiss or static noise. Very loud. Apparently this is a common problem with boards using ALC4080, not only from MSI but other brands too. I don't know 100% if it's the same issue but MSI did provide a fix called 'MSI USB Audio FW Update Tool' under Driver -> On-Board Audio Drivers for the MPG Z590 GAMING CARBON WIFI, but I would need one for the MAG X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI, if it isn't a
Something that might work. Uninstall the Audio Controller and then reinstall it. Sometimes it will grab the driver then. If you have an install disk you can try to point update/driver install to the correct folder and it might install then. This could be an issue with the latest Windows updates also. The driver in device manager shows "Realtek USB Audio" It has the microphone boost option which allowed me to boost my input about 20 to 30db, but it came with new issue: I have horrible echo in steam mic test (mic input capture my headset output) and Realtek audio manager was never installed(not in control panel or program file) -- I cannot EJOqC.
